Farm World Applications

Step 1

Complete the Risk Assessment template and save an electronic copy. You will be required to upload this in the application process.

Upon receipt of your site application you will receive a confirmation response and a PDF version of your completed submission. Applications will be reviewed and assessed upon receipt and successful applicants will be sent an invoice for 25% of the site fee, due 7 days from the date of the invoice. Non-payment of the deposit or balance may result in forfeiture of your application. Payment terms are disclosed within the exhibitor terms and conditions.

Step 2

You are required to have a current, at the time of event dates, min. $10m Public Liability insurance to exhibit at Farm World.  Please have ready to provide details on your application to verify the policy within the application process.

Step 3

View the site maps on the Lardner Park website to consider your preferred location. When applying you will be given the opportunity to select a site package and indicate your preferred site. We will endeavour to fulfil your site request where possible, however as we continue to improve the Farm World exhibitor layout, site requests cannot be guaranteed.

Step 4 (caterers only)

Ensure you have a saved electronic copy of your Streatrader Certificate valid for the dates of the event. You will be required to upload this in the application process.

Step 5

Complete the online Application Form.

Please note: the application process does time out if you are not active. We recommend you save the document to come back to if you are not actively completing the form in its entirety by clicking the option at the bottom of the page

 

If you are a regular Farm World Exhibitor and would like to re-apply for the site you have had previously; applications must be submitted as soon as possible. We will endeavour to fulfil your site request where possible, however as we continue to improve the Farm World exhibitor layout, site requests cannot be guaranteed and won't be considered unless an application is completed in full.
