Wanting to Exhibit at Farm World?

Farm World is Gippsland’s largest annual field day, agricultural and lifestyle event – attracting on average 55,000+ visitors annually. This iconic event has been running since 1963 and is full of tradition and childhood memories that have been passed down through generations of families.  In 2021, the event will run from the 25-28 March, opening to the general public at 8.30am and closing at 4.30pm, excluding Sunday where the event closes at 4pm (the event will be during daylight savings).

With a multitude of site options available, Farm World offers businesses the opportunity to expand into new markets, boost revenue, connect with a diverse range of customers, and significantly increase their brand awareness.  The event offers invaluable brand exposure with publicity across television, radio, print, online and social media, reaching regional, state, and national audiences.

When do I get my Exhibitor Passes and Kit?

Exhibitor passes and kits are mailed out prior to the event (if requested) or are available for collection from the Lardner Park Office during bump in.  Please note if there is payment outstanding, an incomplete Risk Assessment, no Streatrader certificate for caterers or out of date public liability insurance, your kit will be withheld.

Any uncollected kits will be available from a marquee when you first enter Gate 1 from 6am on the first day of trading only. 

Additional exhibitor tickets can be purchased prior to the event.  Not available after event  commencement.

Can I enter without my Exhibitor pass?

No sorry, no ticket – no entry.

Exhibitor parking

Follow the signs from entry at Gate 1 to exhibitor parking area.  A shuttle bus is available to bring you from the exhibitor car park to an entry gate.  The exhibitor car park is only available to exhibitors and not general members of the public, you will require an exhibitor pass to park here.  The gates are locked each day for the duration of the event.  If you want to leave the site during the day, you should park in the main public car park.

Is there security onsite?

Commencing Monday 23 March until Monday 30th March at 6pm, security will be on site 24/7.

Goods left onsite before, during and after the event are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  You are encouraged to cover/secure your goods prior to leaving each day.  Any tampering /thefts should be reported to the Lardner Park Operations Manager as soon as noticed.  Security cameras are located across the property.

Do you offer a Parcel Delivery Service?

A parcel delivery service run by volunteers from the local Primary School is available.  Tickets can be purchased at time of application or from the office during the event.  Please contact the Lardner Park Office for more information or refer to the Exhibitor Manual.

Can I bring my own marquee?

Yes, provided it is under 100m2, although we recommend using our professional marquee provider to ensure the marquee will withstand high winds and is safe to use.

Do you have photocopying services?

Small runs can be arranged at the Lardner Park office (25c mono, 50c colour per page).  Large print runs available through the Copy Centre in Warragul or The Original Printers in Drouin.

Can I buy an EFTPOS roll from the Lardner Park office?

Sorry, you will need to bring sufficient supplies with you to the event. 

Is there an ATM on site?

ATM facilities are located adjacent to the Main Administration Office at the top of the property, available on event days only.  Exhibitors are reminded to make their own arrangements for cash requirements prior to the event.

Can I get someone to collect my rubbish on site?

Exhibitors must use waste bins provided for general waste.  Please assist by separating recyclables and general waste.  Cardboard packaging must be flattened and can be left at the front of your site for waste collection on the evening of Wednesday 24th only. 

Can I leave my site early or open later?

All exhibitor sites must be manned for the entire duration of the event.  Should you need to leave for an emergency, you must notify our office to advise.

Can I purchase food and drink on site during bump in and bump out?

Yes, the Lardner Park Café is open during bump in and bump out (times may vary).  Please note exhibitors are not permitted to trade outside of event hours.

When can I start setting up my site?

Bump in commences Monday 22nd March.  If you are having anything delivered to your site, please ensure there is someone on-site to receive the delivery and that it is delivered within office hours.  No early drop off or late collection of equipment/machinery without prior consent from the Lardner Park team.

High vis clothing/vest is required to be worn at all times during bump in and bump out. 

Sign in/sign out process – all contractors entering the site during bump in and bump out are required to sign in at the Lardner Park Office.  Once security commences there will be an officer stationed at the gate to conduct all sign-in/outs.

What time can I leave on Sunday?

The site remains closed until 4.30pm on Sunday and there is to be strictly no vehicle movement until instructed.  Management will liaise with the authorities and notify exhibitors when it is safe to begin exiting.  Bump out concludes on Sunday at dusk (no lifts after dark for safety reasons).
