Exhibitor passes and the exhibitor manual will be emailed to you prior to the event.  Entry tickets must be presented for scanning on arrival each day of Farm World.  Please note if there is any payment outstanding,  incomplete documentation, no FoodTrader certificate for caterers or out of date public liability insurance details, your exhibitor passes will be withheld.

Additional exhibitor tickets can be purchased prior to the event, but not available after event  commencement.

No sorry, no ticket – no entry.

Follow the signs from entry at Gate 1 to one of two exhibitor parking areas.  A shuttle bus is available to bring you from the exhibitor car park to an entry gate.  The exhibitor car park is only available to exhibitors and not general members of the public, you will require an exhibitor pass to park here.  The gates are locked each day for the duration of the event.  If you want to leave the site during the day, you should park in the main public car park.

Commencing Tuesday 25th March from 6pm until Monday 30^th March at 7am, security will be on site 24/7.

Goods left onsite before, during and after the event are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  You are encouraged to cover/secure your goods prior to leaving each day.  Any tampering /thefts should be reported to the Lardner Park office as soon as noticed.  Security cameras are located across the property.

A parcel delivery service run by volunteers from a local primary school is available.  Delivery Service tickets will be dropped off to your stand or collected from the office during the event.  Please contact the Lardner Park office for more information or refer to the Exhibitor Manual.

Yes, provided it is under 100m2, although we recommend using our professional preferred marquee provider to ensure the marquee will withstand high winds and is safe to use.  100m2 marquees will require engineered specifications to be submitted to Lardner Park by 20th February 2025.

Small runs can be arranged at the Lardner Park office (50c mono, $1 colour per page).  Large print runs available through the Copy Centre in Warragul or The Original Printers in Drouin.

ATM facilities are located adjacent to the Main Administration Office available on event days only.  Exhibitors are reminded to make their own arrangements for cash requirements prior to the event.  

Exhibitors must use waste bins provided for general waste.  Please assist by separating recyclables and general waste.  Cardboard packaging must be flattened and can be left at the front of your site for waste collection on the evening of Wednesday 26th March only. 

Lardner Park have a waste recycling program - please read the program before entering the site.

All exhibitor sites must be manned for the duration of the 3-day event between the opening and closing hours.  Should you need to leave for an emergency, you must notify our office to advise.

Yes, there will be facilities to purchase hot & cold drinks and snacks during bump in and bump out (times may vary).  See Exhibitor Manual.

Soft bump in commences Monday 24th  March.  If you are having anything delivered to your site, please ensure there is someone on-site to receive the delivery and that it is delivered within office hours.  No early drop off or late collection of equipment/ machinery without prior consent from the Lardner Park team.

High visibility clothing/vest is required to be worn at all times during bump in and bump out. 

The event closes at 4:00pm on Saturday 29th March.  Vehicle access to the site will remain closed until all patrons have vacated the display area.  Gates will open when safe for vehicular traffic. We understand you'll want to pack up and get home, so we'll be sure to work with authorities and notify exhibitors when it is safe to begin exiting.  Bump out concludes on Saturday at dusk (no lifts after dark for safety reasons).

Exhibitors have the option to return from  Sunday 30th March to Wednesday 2nd April to clear their sites.
