Outdoor Spaces
Lardner Park offers a vast outdoor area available for hire, perfect for events or functions of all kinds. Approximately 20 hectares of this outdoor space is equipped with power and water, ideal for those incorporating overnight camping into their event activities. Shower and toilet blocks are conveniently located throughout the grounds, and a grid-style internal road system ensures excellent access regardless of weather conditions. Multiple gate entries allow for flexible access management, supporting both paid and free entry, as well as simultaneous events across different sections of the property.

- Livestock yards capable of accommodating cattle, sheep, alpacas, and horses.
- A stunning historic rotunda near the lake, featuring a central presentation area ideal for speakers or livestock auctions, with internal seating for around 150 people.
- An R&D seed and crop area alongside an agroforestry plantation, plus expansive open spaces suitable for festivals.
- An on-site refuelling depot offering both diesel and unleaded fuel.
- Full office support facilities to assist with event management.
- Access to a nearby local government-owned equestrian facility, with arrangements available upon request.
