BEFORE YOU START .........
Step 1
You are required to have a current, at the time of event dates, min. $10m Public Liability insurance to exhibit at Farm World. Please have this information ready to include as part of your application to verify the policy.
Step 2
View the digital site map on the Exhibitor Info page to consider your preferred location. Site packages can be found in the Exhibitor Prospectus document, also located on the Exhibitor Info page. When applying, you will be given the opportunity to select a site package and indicate your preferred site. We will endeavour to fulfil your site request where possible, however as we continue to improve the Farm World exhibitor layout, site requests cannot be guaranteed.
Step 3 (Food vendors / caterers only)
Ensure you have a saved electronic copy of your Food Trader Certificate valid for the dates of the event. You will be required to upload this in the application process.
Step 4
Have your Company Logo ready to upload for use in the Farm World App.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION.....
- Upon receipt of your site application you will receive a confirmation response and a PDF version of your completed submission. Applications will be reviewed and assessed upon receipt, and successful applicants will be sent an invoice for 50% of the site fee, due 14 days from the date of the invoice. Non-payment of the deposit or balance may result in forfeiture of your application. Payment terms are disclosed within the exhibitor terms and conditions.
- After submitting your application, please ensure you complete the Exhibitor Set-Up Information and Risk Assessment document via the link provided in the confirmation email.
Please note: the application process does time out if you are not actively progressing.
If you are a regular Farm World exhibitor and would like to re-apply for the site you have had previously; applications must be submitted as soon as possible. We will endeavour to fulfil your site request where possible, however as we continue to improve the Farm World exhibitor layout, site requests cannot be guaranteed and won't be considered unless an application is completed in full.
