We are excited to confirm that our premier regional agricultural show, Farm World, is returning in March 2021!
Farm World runs from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th March and we are thrilled to let you know what you can expect. This Covid-safe event will be celebrating a ‘Return to Heritage’ – Farm World has been at the forefront of field day innovation for over fifty years.
Our fantastic venue means that up to 100 acres of exhibitor displays will be on site, both indoors and out. Always a go-to event for the farming community, Farm World also provides a great opportunity for locals and urban dwellers to get up close and personal with farm animals and check out products direct from makers and suppliers. Farm machinery, clothing, equipment, sheds, technology, plants, produce, outdoor living including boats and caravans – there’s something for everyone.
If animals are your thing, Farm World is the place to go; chat with cattle breeders in ‘Cattle Corner’ and admire the range of breeds, watch the kelpies herd the sheep, or get up close to an alpaca.
You won’t want to miss the Telstra Women in Ag lunch which has been a highlight for many years, always featuring a great line-up of presenters. It’s just one of the many things on our busy program.
Friday is all about the farmer, with a renewed focus on agricultural equipment including live tractor and implement demonstrations and ag related competitions in designated demo paddocks. On Saturday and Sunday, the events centre comes alive! From 10am to 7pm on Saturday, we are proud to present Network Day and Twilight Trading. We all know how busy weekends can be with farm duties and sports, so this is the ideal opportunity to manage your visit around other commitments. There will also be a feature networking event at our Heritage Rotunda – from 5pm to 7pm (invite only) for Farmers and Ag Exhibitors to get together over a beer and have a chat.
Sunday is Farming Families Day, a great chance to stock up on loads of home-made and home-grown products before exhibitors head off at 4pm. Before you go, be sure to check out the live cooking demonstration on the main stage.
