Lardner Park is committed to reducing waste sent to landfill and keeping Farm World clean and sustainable.
We ask all exhibitors to support our Waste Management Plan by using the correct bins provided across the site. There are four waste streams in place, including recent additions of CDS recycling and composting.
Food Waste & Compostables
All food waste and compostable materials are collected and used onsite as part of a pilot program to produce renewable gas.
Cans & Bottles (CDS)
Eligible cans and bottles are collected through the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS).
All proceeds from CDS recycling are donated to our chosen charity, Mindful Aus.
General Waste & Recycling
Please place waste in the appropriate bins to help reduce contamination and landfill.
Cardboard
All cardboard packaging must be flattened and may be left at the front of your site for waste collection at the end of each day.
